President and COO of Bachem Bioscience, Inc. Dr. Pennington possesses over 17 years experience in the chemistry, pharmacology, manufacturing, and sale of pharmaceutical peptides and small molecules. He is also an Adjunct Faculty Member in Chemistry at Villanova University and has authored over 50 publications in peer-reviewed journals. Prior to joining Bachem, Dr. Pennington worked at Schering-Plough Laboratories. Dr. Pennington is a co-inventor of ShK-186 and an Airmid co-founder. He received his Ph.D. from the University of Florida in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology.
